{ The Terrible No Good Very Bad Blogger }

Okay, I think it’s been 3 weeks since my last entry and although I have STARTED entries between then and now the problem is I never finished them. I’ve gotta get back into the swing of posting more regulary, dare I say every day?! I was shocked to see that Amy actually posted on her blog about the fact that I’ve been MIA, how sweet is that?! And I got complaints from my family who I didn’t even realize were following my blog (although at this point they’ve probably stopped checking). So as promised, an update on the Latvian wedding weekend. Highlights: Bride & bridesmaids showing up 4 hours late with LOTS of table decorating to do. Mother-of-the-bride still complaining about walking in gravel with her Italian Stilettos. The Latvian Ambassador parking his vehicle just up-hill from mine and forgetting to put it in park, he ran to stop it and was (no lie) within an inch of my front bumper. I’m quite certain my family would’ve never believed my car was damaged (1) without me even behind the wheel, and (2) by the absent-mindedness of a Latvian Ambassador. Sure glad I didn’t have to explain that to the insurance company! :) Anyway, I didn’t get to take many photos since I had the concert to get to that evening and I don’t think things really got totally pretty till maybe 10 minutes before the guests arrived but this one of the table arrangements was one of my favorites. (Still loving my new lens!) :)

Kay, for now I’m going to post this before I get into another paragraph and put another post in the ‘draft’ bin. Who knows, maybe I’ll be posting again yet today just to keep everyone on their toes. ;)

Oh, and if anyone knows how to use the smilie central smilies in a blog entry I’d LOVE a tip or two. Can’t seem to figure those things out and now I can’t remember who’s blog I saw them in. Sometimes a : and ) just aren’t quite enough, ya know?
